Wireless conquers the world. You don't believe it? BBC News runs a story how Yak farmers in the mountains of Nepal are using wireless internet technology to keep in touch with their families.

So far, the Nepal Wireless Networking project has hooked up five villages in the area using wireless technology.

Btw, the image to the left depicts the Anapurna peak in the Himalayas in Nepal as the sun has risen over the top of the peak.
