What most people do is take the WCC and edit it down just to the pages that they want since there's something like 300 links on it.
Within your .ixl (iSiloX) there is a "Convert All" feature so it will update all your chosen links. It's at the top, next to 'Convert'.
If you're so inclined, you can also
set up Scheduler so that you can automate the process. As I'm typing this, my morning update is going on in the background, and I'm able to sync it as it goes along.
Final tip: If you're using a MS, make sure you're sending your files there too.
