I think it's great that they're paying for the Kindle to be shipped back to Amazon. Even if the owner has to repay the shipping, it's good that Amazon is making the effort to help get the Kindle returned to its owner.

I think it's great too that they are willing to do this, just think it's a bit weird. I mean it's like Sears insisting you send them the power drill you found left on a construction site.
