Most of my eReader books also have the meta data problems, even when I re-downloaded them from the ereader site. That said, many of them have no issues I can find, and even the ones with wonky meta data all seem to load and display fine as books, even if they don't show up in the library correctly. Right now I only have one of these wonky books on my nook, goodness knows how I'm supposed to keep track of them if I want to have more than one on the device at a time.
