I ended up buying Comic Reader Mobi and it installs just fine
I purchased coreplayer. i think the latest version is 1.3.6 , i havent updated but im pretty sure it'll run just the same or even better
Skyfire just released version 1.5 which adds WVGA support which would work great for our device if we could get it working...
