New Sony Library Software Removed all My Collections. Argh.
I installed the new Sony Library software today to use with my PRS-600. I had uninstalled both of the prior versions because they were crap that never worked properly with my reader.

What a mistake. All my carefully created collections/series disappeared. At first I thought something was wrong with the reader, but then I realized I had installed that new software. I uninstalled the software, deleted all my 600+ ebooks and then put them all back using Calibre. All my collections returned. Whew!

Anyone else have the same problem? I have tons of series and with over 600 books on the reader I need some way to have them broken down into more manageable chunks. The collections was one of the biggest things that made me abandon my Kindle and get a Sony. Well, that and the ability to buy books at places other than amazon.
