Following on on question 1c, the only links available in a PDF or LRF file are the ones the person that created the PDF or LRF put there at the time of creation. Most of us that create LRF files for the upload section will identify the chapter titles and then these are available in the Table of Contents. On Omnibus collections like Harry creates you can select both the book within the collection and the chapter.
