The DRM removal scripts are good, but they don't work 100% of the time. Other than to recommend that you ensure that you have the latest available version of the scripts, I'm afraid there's little more to do. We can't give you explicit help on using these tools here at MR - I'm afraid that it's against the site policy to do so.
