There is a batch conversion Wizard in Word that will help to bring HTML to whatever format you wish from their choices. From that you bring them to LRF using your favorite app. The thing is very quick. I've used it for .TXT and a 100ish documents were converted to RTF in less than 5 mins. Look it up in the help files.
