Got mine on the 9th. I originally purchased a Sony Touch Edition a week before the nook was announced, and I was really unhappy with the glare on the screen. When the nook was announced, I immediately sold my Touch to a co-worker and put in the pre-order. The screen looks amazing compared to the Touch, and the issues it has currently I'm fairly confident will be addressed (by someone, anyway, go android!) so I'm glad I made the choice I did. I think of all the ereaders out there now, the nook has the most potential.
