I just bought this last night.

As a stand-alone dictionary for someone who is a writer, it seems like a very useful one.

Unfortunately, as a replacement for the Kindle dictionary, it doesn't work as well, at least for me.

It's mainly due to the lack of pronunciation transcriptions, which is a huge drawback, methinks. Huge enough, to make me go right back to the dictionary that came with the Kindle.

How did the Palm version get pronunciation transcriptions?

Also, it seems to be lacking definitions for a lot of fairly common words, which was surprising.

This is all based on just a few minutes with the dictionary, maybe I am missing something.
