Really dumb question from a non-techno geek who has never used an e-reader before (my nook will hopefully arrive today)...
Some have mentioned a recent firmware update that happened earlier this week. Do such updates automatically just arrive on one's nook? Is there something the user has to do in order to update to the most recent firmware or software?
