I had EZReaders from the first, peeling shipment and from the second shipment. The covers seem the same. However, the finish feels different on the second shipment devices. The finish is harder. The first one felt looser. I can't explain it better than that. But the change is in the finish on the device, I think.
P.S. I haven't had a bit of trouble with the second-batch device. The finish is still perfect.
