It's certainly given me more than hope
I hope it gives other people encouragement as Sony are doing the right thing by us and we'll be supporting them in the long run too.

No-one expected this JSWolf; it shows a company maturing and connecting directly with their customers which is extraordinary and marvellous to find in this day and age.
I'm hoping Sony will begin selling ebooks and liseuses in Australia soon; then everything will be perfect as can be.
