Exactly and problems can happen to the very best of products. We buy a lot of electrical items and gadgets - most of them no issues but we had a sony slr camera which didn't work from the off. Luckily we bought from Amazon who exceeded our expectations by sending us a replacement which was with us the very next day AND
before we even sent the defective camera back. Very trusting of them but then we've both been customers for years.
At least it was under guarantee
