Some people should not be allowed around computers.
I kept getting a "your WLANard stopped working properly, this is a network adapter that allows your computer to connect to a wireless network" popup window.......finally called Dell support....who tried to help by connecting to my computer and downloading the latest driver.
During the process, I noticed we were off-line...so I closed all the windows. Inretrospect, I realize he had uninstalled the old driver in order to reinstall a new one.
So I closed us both out, and since there was no driver, I couldn't connect online to download a new one.
Took a Xanex, and went and laid down. Then it dawned on me.......I could reinstall with the cds included with the machine.
Did that, and as you can see.........I'm back online.
Tomorrow the trusted repairman comes. I cannot be trusted to try this again myself.
Maybe while he's here, he can blow the crumbs out of the keyboard, too.................
