Their forum is having trouble lately with rampant spamming, and it never did get all that much traffic, really.
However, one of the NAEB officers periodically visits MobileRead (as you can see from the thread that igorsk linked). But if you really want to get ahold of them quickly, you'll have to register at the
Baen Bar forum, and go to the EBook Reader subforum.
