I have had the PRS 600 for exactly a month now. My ebook library also stopped working yesterday. No GUI but the system manager says it's running (in the background, I guess). The problem first started after I updated my Windows XP a few days ago.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the software, and system restoring, nothing worked. I read somewhere about the DEP solution but couldn't find my elibrary.exe file.

Sony had just sent me an email about their program upgrade v. 3.1 that will come out on December 11. I hope it works!

Any solution prior to v. 3.1 will be appreciated. Thanks.
