Hi All.

I'm just wondering if any UK users have managed to get the Firmware upgraded on a PRS500 and if so how you managed it. (Im happy to pay to ship it to Sony if thats an option but it doesnt appear to be)

I realise this has probably been covered but when I search its hard to narrow it down to international users rather than the success stories concerning the upgrad ein general for domestic US users.

I'm not holding out much hope of getting it done, but I can always hope.
