Xtraflex 2 for me. Clips to the cover of my Sony 600 and provides good coverage. It's only drawback is that it's quite bulky. I've also tried a noname clip on task light and a clip-on booklight from Waterstones. Bothe suffered from poor coverage - the light just doesn't cover a wide enough area of the screen.
I looked at the Sony case with light - the flexible neck woukdn't stay in position, and at £50, that's not acceptable.
