The CEO of Montsnmags Enterprises (myself) and his Executive In Charge Of Competition And Hostile Monopolisation (i.e. Adrian) would like to know, while they are currently drafting their daily instructional orders to the retained (and momentarily restrained) Pirate Ninja Squirrel Militant Consultancy, whether this so-called "bar" is being constructed in a manner that may impinge on its own Public Über-Beverage Supply And Services Establishment (Adrian's Bar) and Polythematic Panchronologic Entertainment Facilities (Chateau Pompette).
If it is not, they are then wondering why they have not been invited, and fully intend to sulk in as melodramatic a fashion as is possible.
