Not particularly helpful for reading ePUB on pocket pro currently.
It is possible to change the font, font attributes, etc. on a per book basis by opening up the file (unzipping it) and changing the CSS. Hopefully Jinke will give us a way to control the fonts in the future, which would be much better than changing the engine.
