Popcorn works better, for both fish and ducks.

I have some familiarity with anxiety disorders. There's a biofeedback videogame I got after I got sued a couple of years ago (long story, not that interesting) that has really helped me out. I was able to use it to find some good strategies to help myself calm down when I'm getting into a negative feedback loop.
