Well, since I never go to the movies. It's kind of hard for me to review anything current.

I did however watch "Inglorious Basterds" at home during the weekend. And all I can say is "WOW!".

I had very low expectations about the movie really. I usually stay away from movies with Brad Pitt since I seldom like the movies he stars in. And Quentin Tarantino can be hit or miss pretty much.

But this movie was so good it was pur joy from frame #1. Brad was excellent as Aldo "Apache" Raine. And Chrisoph Waltz was so wonderfully smarmy as Hans Landa.

Yes, it is a violent film, but as always, Quentin handles violence with a twinkle in the eye and lots of tongue in cheeck.

If you haven't seen it. Do!

Also watched the animated movie "9". Very wierd movie that I just had to wait until after the last second to really understand if I liked it or not. And I found out that I did. Exceptionally good animation and likeable "puppets". But at times it measure quite high on the weirdness scale!
