May I jump in? And despite having the same surname I'm no relation to CBell.

Wouldn't it be simpler to remove the DRM? It's a bit picky to set up, but not hard to do.

There is no record of anyone ever being sued or charged for doing it - and if anyone was ever sued they could not lose because the complainant would have to show that some harm was done to them.

There is a very long thread on the Mobi forum giving hints on how to do it, and private messages also work.
