I should note that Montsnmags Enterprises has investigated limb-detachability and discovered that, both theoretically and practically, all limbs are quite readily detachable. The lab has now moved on to investigation of reattachability, which seems to be a bit more complicated (who could have known that nail guns and duct tape weren't the universal fix-alls?).
