They show up as additional cards (A and/or B) in Calibre. They will appear in the big white space at the top of Calibre alongside the icon for the current Library when the PRS-505 is connected to your PC.

When sending books to the PRS-505 you can select whether they are sent to internal memory or to one of the extra card(s).
