I'm going to echo BenG, Italian beef or Chicago style hot dog. Chicago style hot dogs are basically a salad on a bun - lettuce, tomato, celery salt, some radioactive green relish, and sport peppers. If you want stains worthy of forensic attention, have him eat a Chicago dog.
