I don't know about the opus, but the cybook gen3 (same company) does freeze rather frequently. Just reset and you are ok, but it is kind of annoying. I prefer my two sonys, which are much more stable. The 600 is not "blurry", though it does have lower contrast and more glare than the 505 or the 300. However, I have noticed that most complaints arise when directly comparing the 600 to the others. When used alone, which you would do if you chose it, the screen is not a problem for most people. I too use almost exclusively my 600 even though I own both a 505 and a cybook.
