The GPL says the distributor must supply the source code. So Cooler should supply their purchasers, and Netronix should supply Cooler. It's quite possible that Cooler modified the code they got, or even found their own software suppliers. Only go to Netronix for hardware documentation. And I do hope you get good results.
In any case, it's up to Cooler to supply the code.
