PBook UA:
I am really enjoying the 360.
The ergonomics are excellent and the feature set is comprehensive.

One major request: would it be possible to provide a "Settings" menu pick to make the 360 default to FBReader instead of Adobe for ePub? My preferred ebook source (Baen.com) does not believe in DRM and I really prefer FBReader to Adobe. (Sorry, I know your folks spent a lot of effort to make Adobe decent.) I just prefer end-user typographic controls which FBreader does much, much better.

In more general (blue sky) terms, there might be some value in providing a file association menu where one could assign which app opens which file format type. This would allow integration of third-party apps (coolreader, alternate jpg viewers, comic book viewers, etc) with the bookshelf, no?

A minor request: might it be possible to combine "keyboard lock" option with the "last ten books opened" function? Two nice features + only one button = minor annoyance.

Other than that you pretty much hit the sweetspot for 5" readers. On all counts: ergonomics, intuitive controls, nice balance of features and plenty of user control. Unlike some of your competitors, you understand it is *our* reader and it should work *our* way.

If Big Brother is even *half* this good it will bear serious looking into.

Good luck!
