The newest one. Just save the file as "Web Page" and paste away. Works great.
When converting it in Calibre you can check "Remove spacing between paragraphs" which makes it into indented paragraph form. Excellent stuff.

So far the only archive I know of that hosts ebook ready fan fiction is the Ebook Library. But I have to contact the author's for permission before hosting.
