I'm sure people are disappointed, but I'd cut B&N some slack-I'm sure they are just as upset as everyone else that they couldn't get the Nook out the door for the Xmas shopping season. Shipping hardware is incredibly difficult. Shipping a brand new technology is even more difficult. Shipping to meet the Xmas season-incredibly difficult. Shipping your first real hardware product with a brand new technology in time for Xmas is just insane.
