It would have been helpful to detect the problem I had with the email address if exchange.am.sony.com didn't resolve.

$ host exchange.am.sony.com
exchange.am.sony.com has address 208.67.219.132
exchange.am.sony.com mail is handled by 10 mail.global.sprint.com.
