I forgot to mention in my previous post that I had started to try to make it clear in the User Guide where books must be stored in order to be seen by the bookshelf application. So far, I have only added a sentence in the opening paragraph of "Connect via SSH" section of the User Guide. I put it there because I expect that, for most of us, that will be the primary reason that we would be connecting via SSH.
