one year the son was to get a very fancy (and expensive) video game controller. it didn't come, so I did the old box in a box and so on, and the final internal box had a picture of the controller as well as a pound of round balls (bullets for a muzzle loading rifle) his anticipation had built so high and his face fell so heartbreakingly, I'll never do anything to that extent again
