True story:

When we went on our honeymoon we went to Hawaii and stayed in one of those condos that someone owns and sublets to tourists. They had a guest book that you could record your impression of the condo and the area around. One previous guest had gone on for about half a page about not going into the ocean because that was where fishes pooped. I kid you not.
