From what I understand it is as simple as using the Calibre import functionality. You just need to tell Calibre where the copy is that was downloaded from the Sony site and it will import its own copy into the library directory you set up with Calibre. Well, I was refering to those books bought from Sony Store - they show up in your eBook Library automatically. I managed to find them, in My Documents\My Books\eBook Library, but they have strange names - like cbuscehqn025mj05.lrx. When I tried to import one in Calibre, it didn't work, probably because of the DRM.
I think, what I was trying to do was to use only Calibre in managing my library.
