You probably remember all the hullaballoo about that new discussion forum that was opened and then closed in the spring. I was then assured by several people, mods included, that the Lounge would be a perfectly fine place for serious discussions as well, and that people would respect the new tag. This is my first thread I've started in here since, sort of to dip my toes, and I crossed my fingers and hoped it would work. A few asides are fine, but not this run-on stuff. I'm sorry, but I am quite disappointed
