On my PepperPad (Desktop Linux version of FBReader) I can select the GBK character set, but initially all I got when displaying this file is code boxes for most of the characters. Under Windows, most fonts work but it is not clear that the font is changing in every case (i.e. there may be a default font for missing characters). In any case, if GBK is a selectable option then try all the fonts. If they all fail, then the iLiad needs a Unicode font.
