dreams, you've got everybody I know about.

I have 5 people on my buddy list (from MR) who started strong but didn't make the 50,000. Maybe next year? Or maybe this is not the way for them to write. Whatever happened, I am grateful to them -- and to the winners, and the sideline-cheerers too -- for the comaraderie and encouragement that, as Douglas Rhodes said, "really helped me stay on it."

I hope next year's Wrimos have as positive an experience.
