I don't imagine this software is any better or worse than any other piece of software (in general). In other words, their are some bugs. But then, Kovid is constantly working on it, with help from some other programmers on various aspects.
Perhaps the most telling thing is that almost every user who posts wants a slightly different program feature set. Some things critical to me are useless to the next person. So their are lots of requests, complaints, debate, comments, etc.
