Thank you for getting the Pocket PRO in Black. It is a good device with a whole lot of features. Please do not forget about recharging when the battery gauge shows slightly less than 1/2 full. The battery charge gauge is only a rough guide and IF you are going to see a problem it will almost always be due to low battery charge.
Make certain that you do all the firmware upgrades on our website:
www.theEZreader.com. You do no harm by assuring your device has the updates by downloading them. The November 5 upgrade significantly helped battery life and changed the font graduations.
Please read the FAQ sheet on our website under "Support". It has a lot of easy to understand hints and tips on the Pocket PRO.
