I'm calling this book finished on 11/29/2009, pending any last-minute revisions (of which there still might be).
I have decided to charge for the book, though I'm not sure how much yet. Definitely less than $5USD.
The intro 2 chapters will be available for free on my website when it is available. It will, of course, be available in the 6 e-book formats that are common on my site. I am also considering making it available on Smashwords, but haven't decided yet how effective it will be to market it there.
Depending on how much free time I can muster before vacation next week, I'll either have it available on my site by Dec. 4th, or after Dec. 12th. (Vacations... don't ya hate 'em?
