hm, i don't have a slow cooker so i can't help with that, but here is a site i like for vegetarian recipes. i've only made a few of them, and some of them are more work than i feel like putting into a meal, but many of them are really easy (she will also tell you, which ones are easier) and what is nice is she often proposes alternate ingredients in case you can't find something, or to modify it for your personal taste, and she also gives tips about what recipes you can make in advance, or freeze, or such. and if she gives a recipe which you can make a lot of, she gives tips for different ways of preparing / accompanying the leftovers so you don't get bored after 3 days of the same meal. http://www.101cookbooks.com
