I finally decided to read A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.

We went to see the movie and I wanted to see how truthfully it followed the story. So, I grabbed a copy here and started reading it. I must say, I didn't find it easy to read. I found the writing a bit, chaotic, for lack of a better word.

(oh, and most of the lines in the movie are directly taken from the book
