I managed to get 2 hours last nite so I'm improving. Thanks for the tips Zelda but they are somwhat flawed for my lifestyle

. 1 hour before bed no puter, no tv, no alcohol and no cigarettes - that just makes me itchy, not sleepy

But again, I know you mean well. My body just isn't build for healthy and sensible lifestyle.
