Welcome, Lurker Jim!

I used Word 2003 to generate my own PDFs. I made the page size 3"x4", which is PEZ screen size, and made all of the text, if I remember, 8 or 10 pt, and it work wonderfully.

I did not include any hyperlinks or chapter links, so I can't attest for how those will turn out using Word. Perhaps someone else will know.
