well, it's not so much that i love shivering, but i agree, i couldn't live in a too-hot country. when you're cold, you can put on an extra pair of socks, a hat, mittens, turn up the heater, make some tea... when you're too hot, after you've taken off all your clothes, if you're still hot, you really don't have any options. you just have to suffer until it finally stops being so hot. i really don't like it when it's too hot.
a nice reasonably warm day though, say around 25°C, that's perfect in summertime. i love that.
