I like the idea of supporting lending libraries by buying ebooks and audio books. Only ePub and PDF are supported (not MOBI), but that is ok. I like the site design, very clean and informative. Note that OverDrive actually provides the ebook site software for several ebook stores, such as WHSmith in the UK. I'm not sure if Books on Board is an OverDrive provided site, but it does use them as a wholesaler.

The current price is 20% of list. This isn't competitive with Books on Board (say) for best sellers, but it can be for older (cheaper) ebooks. For example, Nine Dragons by Michael Connelly is List Price: $27.99, LibraryBin Price: $22.39, BoB Price: $8.98 (after reward). On the other hand, 10 lb Penalty by Dick Francis is List Price: $7.99, LibraryBin Price: $6.39, BoB Price: $7.36 (after reward).

It only seems to be selling US ebooks, perhaps not surprising for a US lending library supporting site. I don't know how it enforces geographic restrictions, presumably via the credit card.
